Just about everything money related in our lives exists electronically. The days of all your money sitting in the local bank vault are long gone.

That helpless feeling hit customers of IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union this week as their debit card system got sketchy according to a local report.

Apparently, a software update upset the proverbial apple cart with IHMVCU's systems and many customers are having debit cards issues now.

The credit union says they are working quickly and diligently to rectify the problems.

In the meantime, head over to grandma's and borrow a coffee can, or a a spare mattress.
