You hear people talking all the time about random acts of kindness and paying it forward. But I always think, how often does that actually happen? Well, today I got to experience it firsthand.

I had to make a run to the dollar store for a super secret project (video coming!). As I was checking out, the cashier told me that the customer in front of me had left a dollar behind, so I could pick out a candy bar.

It was the smallest act, but now I have a Kit Kat and a brighter day. And this week, I really needed that. I will definitely be paying it forward too. Have you seen or done a random act of kindness lately? I'd love to hear about it!
