It's finally fall and there's so much pride going on in the QC.

It's that time of year again. It's the first day of autumn, pumpkin spice is everywhere and it wouldn't be fall in the Quad Cities without our annual Fall Pride Fest in downtown Davenport at LeClaire Park.

I've attended every year and I am more and more impressed with everything they have going on. From the entertainment, King and Queen contests, to the music, vendors and the fact they are pet-friendly. It's a fun environment with so much to see and do. One of my favorite things is getting my face painted. Yes, I realize I'm an adult, but such talented artists are there and it's super fun to see what they'll do.
