The Traffic Cam at 35th and Harrison Is Broken

I noticed the flash as a couple of cars went by the traffic camera at 35th and Harrison in Davenport. Then it flashed again as I went by it. I looked at my speedometer. I wasn't speeding. I saw it flash in my mirror as a few more cars went by it. According to Ourquadcities.com the traffic cam is broken and snapping a picture of every car going by it.

Ourquadcities.com reached out to the Davenport Police Department which said no tickets will be issued while the camera is malfunctioning.   Police aren't saying what caused the glitch, only that technicians are working on getting the camera fixed.
